The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) in school youth program serves eligible youth, ages 16-21, which face barriers to education, training, and employment.
The In-School Youth program is designed to serve youth who are currently enrolled in high school and are at risk of dropping out, have a disability or are English language learners. YCCS assist WIOA eligible youth in completing their high school diploma and transition to post-secondary education/training, or into employment along a career path that will lead to economic security.
